About

Over the past few years I've moved from digital marketing and operations into building real software products. I spend most of my time with customers, figuring out where workflows break, then designing and shipping tools that make the day-to-day easier.

I can work end-to-end: scope the strategy, run discovery, design the data model, build the UI, and stay close through rollout. I've done this at my own companies and for client organizations.

I work directly in Lovable, React, TypeScript and Supabase, and I've put more than 40,000 Lovable credits toward shipping production features for real customers.

Experience

Roles, scope and the outcomes that came out of them.

  1. Founder & Product Lead

    Sep 2025 — Present

    Drift Hockey · Havertown, Pennsylvania

Built a multi-tenant SaaS platform for youth hockey clubs from customer conversations through production release on web, iOS and Android.

    • Ran discovery with coaches and club directors, then designed and shipped a single platform that handles scheduling, rosters, attendance, messaging, video and hockey-specific features like line combinations and D pairs.
    • Built the product end-to-end with React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Supabase (auth, Postgres, RLS, storage, edge functions), Expo/EAS, Mux and a Stripe-style payment architecture.
    • Handled multi-tenant permissions across clubs, seasons, teams, admins, coaches, players, parents and staff; managed iOS and Android builds, store submissions, OTA updates and production support.

  2. Founder & Principal Consultant

    2020 — Present

    TIDL · Greater Philadelphia

Consultancy that started in digital marketing and shifted toward process improvement, automation, data integration and custom technology for owner-led and mid-market businesses.

    • Run discovery, map current-state workflows and find the highest-leverage places to automate for small and mid-market businesses.
    • Build unified reporting layers and dashboards that pull from Salesforce, Zoho, CallTrackingMetrics, Ringba, Google Ads and other sources — with field mapping, incremental sync and maintainable data models.
    • Scope, price and deliver custom applications and workflow automation directly with owners and executives, handling feasibility, tradeoffs and adoption.

  3. Digital Operations & Account Leadership

Tinuiti (formerly Elite SEM) · United States

Managed complex enterprise programs and translated performance data into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

  4. Production & Operations Roles

POC Media · NFL Films · United States

Ran operational systems in process-heavy production environments — early practice at spotting where better tooling beats more effort.

    • Managed a music supervision platform covering searches, licensing, placements and rights holders.
    • Built a digital logging system to replace manual tracking and improve operational visibility across teams.

Selected highlights

Things I built or led that had a measurable effect.

Drift Hockey

Vertical SaaS for youth hockey clubs, live on web and both app stores.

Schedules, rosters, attendance, messaging, lineups, coaching resources and video analysis in one platform — including hockey-specific logic (forward lines, D pairs, special teams, starting goalies) that generic team-management tools handle badly.

Program registration & booking platform

A second product, designed from real customer scenarios.

Built the Program → Registration Options → Sessions data model covering multi-date programs, individually bookable sessions and appointment-based lessons — with capacity management, waitlists, waivers, transactional reservations to prevent overbooking, and a phased release plan.

Multi-source operations dashboards

Brought data from scattered systems into one reporting layer.

CRM, call-tracking and ad-platform data from Salesforce, Zoho, CallTrackingMetrics, Ringba and Google Ads normalized into a canonical model — designed to stay maintainable as fields, schemas and source systems change.

AI implementation & workflow advisory

Deciding what kind of AI solution fits the problem.

Helping organizations choose between a prompt, automation, agent or purpose-built application — then identifying the data, permissions, systems and business rules that make AI genuinely useful in day-to-day operations.

Why this role

Where strategy, customer work and building actually overlap.

I stay close to the problem

I spend time with the people doing the work before I propose anything. I want to know where things actually break, not just what the org chart says.

I've put Lovable to real use

40,000+ Lovable credits have gone into shipping real products for real customers. I know where the platform accelerates work and where the real complexity still shows up.

I both scope and ship

I've scoped, priced and sold custom software, and I can sit down and build it myself. That keeps the strategy honest and the delivery practical.

I translate between sides

I bring engineers specific evidence — who asked, what breaks today, what outcome creates value — and translate constraints back into business decisions.
